Runs on macOS 14 or later, on Apple silicon and Intel.

Mac Health

⌘4

Know your Mac’s health.

Every second, in plain words: how hard the processor and memory are working, what keeps your Mac awake, how warm it runs, how full the disk is, and what would help.

  • Ask what’s slowing it down.

Brello answers in plain English, names what’s busy, and offers to balance the load: on your yes, background work moves to the efficiency cores and apps you haven’t used quit, with Undo.

  • See what keeps it awake.

The app holding your Mac awake, what it says it’s doing, and for how long.

  • Memory pressure, explained.

Not just a number: whether your apps have the memory they need.

  • Know which app uses the most.

Processor, memory, energy and disk, by app, live, each app counted with its helpers.

  • Heat, in plain words.

Normal, warm or hot, as macOS reports it, and what that means for your Mac.

  • Storage at a glance.

How much is free and how much is in use, counted as Finder counts it.

  • A week of your Mac, remembered.

History over the hour, day, week and month, with what was busiest, kept on your Mac.

  • Battery health on a MacBook.

How much it holds against new, its cycles and its condition, as macOS reports them.

  • Your readings, up top.

Processor, memory and network beside Brello’s icon in the menu bar, as numbers, graphs or both, once you turn them on in Settings.

Brello’s icon in the menu bar with its readings as values and graphs: processor 55%, memory 87% and the network down at 355 KB/s.

Home and your files

Organize your files better.

Home sorts every file on your Mac by kind. Find one by what you remember, and let Brello tidy your folders for you.

Brello’s Home on a sample Mac: Images, Videos, Music, Documents, Archives and Apps, each with its count and size, and Clean up with what could be cleared.

Your files, by kind. Home opens on every kind of file with its count and size, and what you could clear out.

Home’s search for “the contract I signed in March”, understood as kind Documents, date March 2026 and the word contract, with the signed services contract found.
The first page of the signed services contract, as Quick Look shows it.
The contract, in Quick Look

Search the way you remember. “The contract I signed in March” finds the signed contract.

Home’s Documents on a sample Mac: PDFs and pages as previews of their first pages, each with its size.

Every kind, sorted for you. Images, videos, music, documents, archives and apps, each with its count and size.

Brello after “Tidy up my Desktop”: 25 changes made. Your Desktop is tidy: 12 screenshots in Screenshots, 4 images in Images and 6 documents in Documents. Nothing was deleted, and Undo puts every file back.

Your Desktop, into folders.

“Tidy up my Desktop.” Screenshots, images and documents each go into a folder of their own. Nothing is deleted, and Undo puts every file back.

Brello after “Move the photos on my Desktop, not the screenshots, into a new folder called Photos”: moved 4 files to Desktop/Photos, each shown, with Undo.

Photos out of the screenshots.

“Move the photos on my Desktop, not the screenshots, into a new folder called Photos.” Brello moves exactly those, and shows each one where it went.

Duplicates matched byte for byte, saved searches, Quick Look, the Inspector and Copy Text are built in. ⇧⌘DDuplicates ⇧⌘JDownloaded From ⌘IInspector

Photos

With the agent

Find the photo you mean.

Type “photos from Goa with a yellow boat.” Brello reads the place, the time and what’s in each photo, and narrows the grid to the ones you mean. Then make an album, AirDrop them, or share them.

A recording of Brello on a sample library of public-domain photographs. All on your Mac: only the place’s name goes to Apple Maps, and no face is ever recognized.

Work done for you

Work, handed off.

Tell Brello what you need, the way you’d tell a colleague. It does the work right on your Mac, then shows you exactly what changed.

The agent needs a Mac with Apple silicon, macOS 27 and Apple Intelligence. Home, Health, Clean up and Quick Search work on any Mac with macOS 14 or later.

Receipts into a report

One sentence in. Finished work out.

“Make an expense report from my September receipts and email it to Accounts.” Brello reads each receipt, totals them in code, writes a checked PDF and leaves a draft to Accounts with it attached, ready for you to send.

Brello finished “Make an expense report from my September receipts and email it to Accounts”: 2 items created in 4 steps. A draft to Accounts in Mail’s Drafts, not sent, subject Expense report September 2026, with Expense report September 2026.pdf attached. It looked at 3 files, 3 receipts, $161.15 in all, and wrote the report to Documents, 1 page, read back and checked. Undo.
The first page of Expense report September 2026.pdf, the report Brello wrote: 3 expenses, $161.15, by category, as Quick Look shows it.
The PDF it wrote, in Quick Look

Several jobs, one sentence

Gathered, zipped, drafted.

“Put all my 2025 invoices in one folder, zip it and draft an email to my accountant with it attached.” Brello finds the four from 2025, leaves the 2026 one and a quote alone, asks once for your accountant’s address, then does all three.

Brello after “Put all my 2025 invoices in one folder, zip it and draft an email to my accountant with it attached” and the answer “My accountant is Maria, maria@ledgerworks.example”: 7 changes made in 4 steps. A draft to Maria in Mail’s Drafts, not sent, subject Invoices, with Invoices.zip attached; 4 files moved to Desktop/Invoices. Undo.

Before launch we played 310 first requests, written the way new people type, through Brello, each one checked by code. It handled all 310. See how we tested it ›

Your Mac’s settings

With the agent

Set up your Mac in one sentence.

“Get my Mac ready for a presentation: hide the Dock, mute it and keep it awake for 2 hours.” Brello makes every change, checks each one with macOS, and one Undo puts them all back.

Brello after “Get my Mac ready for a presentation: hide the Dock, mute it and keep it awake for 2 hours”: 3 settings changed. The Dock hides automatically, was always shown; the sound is muted, was on; the Mac stays awake for 2 hours, until the time shown, ending when Brello quits. Each is read back from the Mac, with one Undo for all three.

Mix them as you like: the Dock, the sound, Finder’s views, where screenshots go and their format, your wallpaper, Dark Mode, how long your Mac stays awake. Each change is read back from your Mac. Sleep, restart and emptying the Trash ask first.

Clean up

⇧⌘K

Clear out what you don’t need.

Brello finds forgotten downloads, old installers, big old videos and duplicate copies, by name and size. Say yes, and they fly into the Trash in your Dock.

Forgotten Downloads: files in Downloads not opened or changed in three months, largest first, with their sizes.

Every kind of file is measured on your Mac, with caches that rebuild themselves marked safe, and screenshots can file themselves into monthly folders. A sample Mac: your numbers will depend on yours.

Undo

Undo anything.

Every change Brello makes can be undone: moves, renames, new folders, settings and deletions. Deleted files go to the Trash in your Dock, just as Finder moves them, and ⌘Z brings them back.

Brello asks: Move 2 items to the Trash? Both files are shown with their sizes, with They go to the Trash. You can undo this., Not now and Move 2 items to the Trash.

You see every file first.

Before anything is deleted, Brello shows each file and its size, and waits for your yes.

Undone: the two files are back from the Trash, and everything this changed is back as it was.

One click puts it back.

Deleted files go to the Trash in your Dock, and Undo brings them back to where they were.

Tested on 65 file tasks: nothing removed or made that wasn’t asked for, and all 138 undos put things back as they were. How we test ›

Routines

With the agent

Chores that run themselves.

Say it once, in your own words, like “every Friday at 5, make my expense report,” and Brello takes care of it on schedule, or when a file lands.

A routine made from one sentence: every Friday at 5:00 PM, put this week's receipts into an expense report, with its next run.

A routine that missed its time catches up once. With nobody at the Mac, nothing is deleted or sent.

And more

The little things, done right.

The small touches that make Brello feel like part of your Mac from day one.

Compared with macOS 27. Brello shows the same files, and Show in Finder (⇧⌘R) is one step away, so you can keep using both. Rows marked With the agent need Apple silicon, macOS 27 and Apple Intelligence. Brello is not made by or affiliated with Apple.

Privacy

Your files stay on your Mac.

Brello thinks with Apple’s on-device model. There’s no account and no cloud AI, and we never receive your files. Health’s record of your Mac stays on it too, and Erase deletes it.

  • It asks before going online.

The first request that needs the internet asks once, and says exactly what leaves and where.

  • Every request, listed.

Each request is written to the Privacy page before it leaves. If it can’t be written, it isn’t sent.

  • Only your own words leave.

A lookup carries only the words you typed. The names of files you choose never leave your Mac.

What works on your Mac

On any Mac with macOS 14 or later

Home and its search, Duplicates, Downloaded From, Clean up and Storage, Health’s live readings, the popup’s Quick Search and recent downloads, the menu bar’s readings, and Find Files and Get Latest Download in Shortcuts.

With the agent (Apple silicon, macOS 27, Apple Intelligence on)

Handing off work, settings by asking, asking what’s slowing your Mac, routines from a sentence, pictures with Image Playground, and the words in screenshots.

On any other Mac, the Agent page says exactly what’s missing. One license covers 3 Macs, so the agent runs on the ones that can.

Brello's Privacy page on a new Mac: Nothing has left this Mac. The page says the words a lookup needs leave only to Apple Maps or Wikipedia, and the license check sends Polar only the license key, Brello's organization ID and a random name for the Mac, and that each request is listed there.

Questions, answered.

Does it work on my Mac?

Yes, if it runs macOS 14 or later, on Apple silicon or Intel. Home, search, Clean up, Health and Quick Search work on every one. The agent, which hands off work and changes settings when you ask, needs an Apple silicon Mac with macOS 27 and Apple Intelligence turned on.

Is there a free trial?

No. Instead, if Brello isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of buying. You don’t need to give a reason, and Polar returns your payment.

Does Brello replace Finder?

No. Brello works beside Finder and shows the same files. Show in Finder is one shortcut away (⇧⌘R), and Brello keeps Finder’s keys wherever Finder has one.

Do my files leave my Mac?

No. Brello reads and changes your files on your Mac with Apple’s on-device model, never Apple’s cloud model or any other company’s AI. We never receive your files, and Brello doesn’t learn from them.

Why does Brello ask for access to my folders?

macOS asks you to approve Desktop, Documents and Downloads. Brello needs them to show, search and change your files on your Mac, and it shows what it reads before it reads anything. A few things ask once more, only when you use them: Automation when you change a setting like dark mode, Accessibility to read text you’ve selected (locking the screen may ask for it too), and Full Disk Access if you want all your storage measured. Nothing is uploaded.

Will it delete my files?

Only after you say yes to a question that names every item. Deleted files go to your Mac’s Trash, just as Finder moves them there, and Undo brings them back. The one thing Undo can’t reverse is emptying the Trash, so Brello asks first and says how many items and how much. With nobody at the Mac, it deletes nothing.

What if the agent gets something wrong?

Before anything risky, Brello shows exactly what will change and waits for your yes, and code checks each step rather than trusting the model. Everything it did is in Activity (⌘5), with Undo. Its answers can still be wrong, so check anything important.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once and it’s yours to keep: $20 at launch, then $50.

How many Macs can I use it on?

Up to 3 at a time, all in the one price. On a Mac you no longer use, choose Settings ▸ License ▸ Move to Another Mac to free its place.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 30 days of buying. Email hey@brello.ai and Polar returns your payment. You don’t need to give a reason.

Where is my license key?

In your purchase at Polar. The email Polar sends after you buy links straight to it.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Everything on your Mac works offline, and your license has no offline time limit: it stops only if Polar says the key is no longer valid. Lookups on the web need a connection.

When does Brello go online?

For your license: when you activate it, then at most once a week while you let Brello go online. And for a lookup you ask for, like a place on Apple Maps or a fact from Wikipedia, after you say yes once. Every request is listed in Privacy.

Does it send email for me?

Brello writes the draft, with what it made attached, and Mail opens it ready to go. You send it yourself.

Is Brello made by Apple?

No. Brello is made by Stuvio. It uses Apple’s on-device model and Image Playground, built into macOS.

Something else? Write to hey@brello.ai.
