Scope and Purpose
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “User”, “you”, or “your”) and Stuvio Digital Private Limited (“Brello”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), the operator of Brello AI, an AI-powered research agent designed to assist users with research, summarization, document interaction, and insight generation.
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Brello website, application, services, APIs, and all related products (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using Brello, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You may use the Platform only if:
- You are at least 13 years of age (or the legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction)
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- You are using the Platform in accordance with applicable laws
We reserve the right to restrict access or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.
2. Services Provided
Brello AI is a hosted, AI-powered research agent that allows users to:
- Submit queries in natural language (text or voice)
- Generate AI-driven responses, summaries, insights, and research plans
- Organize, manage, and annotate research documents
- Utilize integrations such as Google Search API, OpenAI, Perplexity, and Gemini for contextual intelligence
We may, at our sole discretion, enhance, restrict, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time.
3. User Account and Responsibilities
To use Brello, you may be required to register an account using your email or a third-party login provider such as Google.
You are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring all information provided is true, accurate, and complete
- Keeping your credentials secure and confidential
- All activity conducted under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of misuse, security violations, or breach of these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
By using Brello, you agree that you will not:
- Use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
- Upload or generate content that is misleading, deceptive, unethical, or malicious
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or manipulate AI behavior for purposes of replication or model extraction
- Use the Platform to create deepfakes, plagiarized content, or misinformation
- Abuse third-party services integrated into Brello (e.g. by triggering automated scraping, DDoS, or excessive querying)
- Interfere with Platform operations, impersonate others, or bypass rate-limiting or moderation mechanisms
Violations may result in immediate suspension, termination, or legal reporting.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Brello IP
All intellectual property on the Platform, including code, design, content architecture, trademarks, and UI components, are the exclusive property of Brello or its licensors.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform
- Use the Platform to create a derivative or competing product
- Remove, alter, or obscure copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
5.2 User Content
You retain ownership of all content you submit, including prompts, documents, notes, and feedback.
By submitting content, you grant Brello a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and process it solely to:
- Provide and improve services
- Troubleshoot issues
- Train internal models (where consented)
6. AI-Generated Output
Brello leverages third-party AI models to generate summaries, research content, suggestions, and language output.
Due to the nature of probabilistic AI:
- Accuracy is not guaranteed
- Outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated
- You must verify content before relying on it for professional, academic, or commercial use
Brello does not assume responsibility for reliance placed on AI-generated responses.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of Brello may be offered under paid subscription plans. If you subscribe:
- Pricing and billing details will be clearly disclosed before payment
- Charges will recur based on your selected billing cycle (monthly/yearly)
- You may cancel your subscription anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Refunds are not issued for partial periods unless required by law
Failure to pay may result in service downgrade or suspension.
8. Termination
8.1 By You
You may delete your Brello account at any time via settings or by writing to privacy@brello.ai.
8.2 By Brello
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, if:
- You breach these Terms or applicable law
- Your use endangers system integrity or other users
- Required by law or regulatory action
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. We may retain limited data for compliance or audit purposes.
9. Privacy and Data Use
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which details:
- What data we collect
- How we use, store, and secure your data
- Your rights under GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws
- Data sharing practices with subprocessors and third-party services
By using Brello, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” , with no warranties of any kind. Brello disclaims:
- Warranties of fitness for a particular purpose
- Guarantees of accuracy, reliability, or performance
- That the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure
You use Brello at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brello and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
- Aggregate liability exceeding the total fees paid to Brello in the 12 months preceding the claim
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Brello, its employees, affiliates, and licensors against any claims or damages arising from:
- Your misuse of the Platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Content or data you upload or submit
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be:
- Posted at www.brello.ai/terms
- Communicated via email or in-app notification where appropriate
Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
